The New Zibster Scheduler provides the easiest way for clients to book online within your site. But what kind of things can clients book with you? Almost anything (Really!) Here are a few ways the Zibster Scheduler can enhance your current business.

In-Person Consultations & Studio Management

If you are in the service industry, it might be important to meet with your potential clients before they book with you.  The new Zibster scheduler is a great way to setup these in person meetings!  With the Zibster scheduler you can choose to let clients book you with or without paying for the appointment in advance.  If the consultation goes well you can quickly use the scheduler again to book the client and collect your payment.  

In Office Or On Location Appointments

Clients looking to book with you can see your availability right from the start with the new Zibster Scheduler! Let them book with you in advance, by setting up the days you're available. You can even blackout the dates you aren't available so people can't book you.

Another awesome feature is the ability to control how far in advance a client can book an appointment. You can allow your clients to book with you anytime or you can require  notice before booking.  Maybe you need an hours notice, or a week or even a month to prepare.  That is all within your control, you get to choose how clients book with you so you can run your business smoothly!

Is it free?

Yes, if you have the latest Zibster (Zibster 2.0), the Zibster Scheduler comes packaged in at no additional cost. It is our latest feature to our ever-growing platform. If you need to upgrade, our support team can help migrate you to our newest platform.

 

Can I set up payments for services?

Yes! you can set your price for the service they are looking to book and schedule right away.

 

What if I have an add-on like hair and makeup?

You can create add-ons for selected bookings with prices attached to it.

Will this replace my calendar?

No, this will not replace your Google and iCal type calendar. This will act as a separate tool. You’ll be able to see your appointments on your Zibster dashboard. You and your client will get sent an email with a link to add to your calendar.

What About Mini Sessions?

Mini Session can be created with form builder but we are currently developing a mini sessions block that will enhance forms and make mini sessions even easier!
